Proof of COVID vaccination or a negative test result will be required to attend all shows until further notice.

What does this mean for ticket holders?

  • Ticket holders 13 years old and up, are required to show proof of full COVID vaccination from a healthcare provider, and photo ID, for entry into the theater. “Fully vaccinated” means that ticket holders have received their final vaccination dose of either the two-dose regimen of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines or one dose of the Johnson & Johnson with the last vaccination shot at least 14 days before the event. A paper or digital version of the vaccination card is acceptable. 
  • Ticket holders who are eligible for vaccinations, but unable to present proof of vaccination, can bring a dated negative COVID test result taken 48 hours before entering the theater along with their photo ID. The COVID test must be administered from an official testing center and must be a PCR Molecular or Antigen Test. Photo ID must match the name on the test report. Home test results will not be accepted.  
  • Ticket holders who are unable to present a vaccination card or negative test result may request a refund at the original point of purchase until 14 days prior to the performance.

We are working with industry leaders across the country to ensure that we are protecting the health and safety of our audiences at theaters and arenas which will allow artists to continue to tour and entertain fans without interruption.  We will collaborate to adjust policies to reflect current standards of health and safety going forward.

Q.           What proof of vaccination documents do I need to present when I arrive?
A.          A paper or digital version of the vaccination card showing proof of full COVID vaccination from a healthcare provider, and photo ID, is acceptable.

Q.         What does fully vaccinated mean?
A.        “Fully vaccinated” means that ticket holders have received their final vaccination dose of either the two-dose regimen of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines or one dose of the Johnson & Johnson at least 14 days before the event.

Q.       What happens if I forget my proof of vaccination?
A.       You will not be admitted.  Please plan accordingly.

Q.       What if I lost my vaccination card?
A.       The quickest and easiest option is the DOCKET app. Docket provides “Immunization Records In A Snap.” Direct access to the official website for the Docket app here.  There are many other ways to access your vaccination history.  For information, visit the Utah State Wide Immunization Information System (USIIS).  Click here or visit https://immunize.utah.gov/.  Look for USIIS at the far right of the top of the page and then click on the “Parents and Individuals” which will appear in a menu under USIIS. 

Q.         What if I cannot present proof of vaccination?
A.         Any patron unable to present proof of vaccination will need to provide proof of a negative COVID test (molecular, PR or antigen) that was administered by an official testing center to the event along with a photo ID.  Test results must be dated no more than 48 hours prior to entry.  Home testing results will not be accepted for entry.

Q.       Will I still have to wear a mask?
A.       Anyone under 12 or unable to get the vaccine is required to wear a mask at all times. We STRONGLY ENCOURAGE you to continue to wear a mask at all events.  Some shows may require all patrons to wear masks.  If this is the case, patrons will be informed in advance of the show.
